What is included. Two planning sessions starting at 60 days out, master timeline shared with every vendor, floor plan and ceremony layout, rehearsal direction the day before, six hours of event time on the wedding day with a lead assistant. Vendor contract review, day-of confirmation calls, and end-of-night payment and gratuity handoff so you walk out clean.

For the couple 6 to 9 months out

The venue is locked. The vendor decisions are open. This is the middle path between hiring full and figuring it out from a Pinterest board. I source the vendors who fit your budget, your guest count, and your venue's house rules, then carry the planning forward together through the engagement.
What is included. Discovery and design intake session, vendor sourcing across florist, photographer, DJ, catering, rentals, hair and makeup, transportation, and stationery (typically five to eight vendor introductions with reasons attached). Design direction document covering mood board, palette, paper direction, and key visual references. Four planning sessions across the engagement, budget tracker, vendor payment calendar, plus the full Peace of Mind handoff at 60 days out.

You are starting from a date and a vision. I take the planning from the first conversation through to the last toast. By the time the wedding day arrives, every detail looks intentional because every detail was chosen together with you.
What is included. Venue selection support with two site visits and full vendor team sourced and contracted (10 to 14 vendors typical). Complete design direction covering mood board, palette, paper suite, ceremony and reception layout, tablescape design, and install drawings. Monthly working sessions across the engagement, live budget tracking, hotel block and out-of-town guest logistics. Guest experience planning for welcome bags and rehearsal dinner direction. Full Peace of Mind handoff at 60 days out and a second support assistant on the wedding day.
