wedding Coordination and planning packages

This package is for our couples that have all or most of their vendors booked and just need help finalizing & day of coordination

Initial consultation (phone call, zoom, or in person)

A monthly checklist

Regular contact through email or phone starting 90 days out during business hours 

Creation of timeline for Wedding Day

Creation of floor plan

Coordination of vendors for delivery, set-up, and teardown 

Final walk through meeting in person or via zoom

Coordination of ceremony rehearsal (1 hour the day before)

Set up of personal decor items (cake set, cake topper, signs, photos, card box, toasting flutes, seating chart, name cards, favors, etc)

Packing of personal decor and food/cake at end of the night

Distribution of final payments/ gratuities to vendors on day of

This package is for our couples that have their venue and/or some vendors booked.
